What we collect

When you use the contact form or email us, we collect:

• your name, if you give it
• your email address
• anything you choose to tell us in your message, such as details about your business

Like most websites, the services that host this site and its fonts receive basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address and browser type. We do not use this to identify you.

How we use it

We use your information only to reply to your enquiry, arrange a call and, if you go ahead, discuss and provide our services. Our lawful basis under UK GDPR is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us, or taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for marketing unless you ask us to.

Cookies

This website does not use cookies or tracking tools for advertising or analytics.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of trusted service providers to host this website, receive contact form messages and provide our email. They only handle your information to provide those services to us, and are not allowed to use it for their own purposes.

Some of these providers may process data outside the UK. Where this happens, we make sure it is protected by the safeguards UK law requires.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, then delete them. If you become a client, we keep the information we need for as long as we work together and as required by law afterwards.

• delete your information
• stop or limit how we use it

Our clients' business data

When we build and run a system for a client, the data in that system belongs to the client. We act only as their data processor, under a data processing agreement, and use that data solely to provide our service.

Complaints

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, please contact us first so we can put it right. You also have the right to complain to the UK's data protection regulator.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
